I got the travel bug in 1968 when I stuck my thumb out on Interstate 55 in Chicago, Illinois and four days later I ended up in Los Angeles, CA. My mode and style of traveling has changed drastically since then, but the feeling I get from hitting the road hasn't ! I've been to France, England, Germany, Italy, Hungary, The Czech Republic, Austria, The Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, American Samoa and of course many destinations in the USA, Mexico, Canada and the Caribbean.

Hello

I've just returned from Negril, Jamaica, BWI. I try to get there every May. My wife and I go to a resort called Couples Swept Away. A well needed and well deserved chill out week. We've been to several other resorts in Jamaica, but keep coming back to Swept Away.

A fabulous 7 mile beach, extraordinary sunsets, gourmet food at 4 restaurants, a fine fitness center with aerobic classes and yoga, 10 tennis courts (4 clay) free lessons with resident and visiting pros, great live music and friendly people
